I found this recording recently when going through a maze of untitled folders & had forgotten all about it. Innercity played a gig at Bram 'Ignatz' Devens' house in Landen, Belgium on the 15th of April 2018. I got to play a short solo set on the piano & sat my Moog Mother-32 on top of it, singing as I went. The piece was completely improvised & listening back to it makes me think that I was trying to channel Wim Mertens. Unfortunately the recording cut out before I had finished, but I don't think it missed much. I've created a new ending just to bring it to a satisfactory close & apart from that, it is as it was. Memories of a beautiful day in Belgium with friends old & new come to mind. Beers, frites & sunshine... It is a short recording but I wanted to share it.
